Refund Policy

Full report ($29): if the report doesn't help you, or a scan fails, email hello@prodcanary.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you paid with, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

Monitor ($19/month): cancel anytime. If you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of a renewal and we'll refund that month.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
